Data Deletion Instructions

Run1Ads.ai is operated by Ethera Business LLC (United Arab Emirates). This page explains how to delete the data we hold about you, including any data accessed through Meta (Facebook).

What we hold

For a connected Meta account we store only the access token and the account, Page, and campaign identifiers needed to deploy campaigns you initiate and to read their performance. We do not store your Meta password.

How to request deletion

You can delete your data in either of these ways:

Disconnect in-app. Sign in to Run1Ads.ai and disconnect your Meta account. This revokes our access to your Meta data going forward.
Email us. Send a request to [email protected] from the email associated with your account, asking us to delete your data. Include your account email so we can locate your records.

We will delete the relevant data, including any stored Meta access tokens and identifiers, within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Remove Run1Ads.ai from Facebook

You can also revoke access directly in Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove Run1Ads.ai.
